You are not your past. You are not your pictures. You can change. I invite you to join me for my 60 minute workshop “Change the Picture!”

Over the past 10 years, I have reached over 50,000 students, artists, and healers through vulnerability-forward songwriting workshops and identity-focused in-school performances. I have now combined everything I learned from my past work with several unique healing modalities that have had a deep and lasting impact on me.

“Change the Picture!” is a creative, intuitive experience. With my original music as your guide, you will go on a dynamic journey of breathwork, movement, meditation, and visualization. These tools have changed me for the better. I want to give you tools to help you feel better, too.

In this workshop, you will be learning a take home set of clairvoyant energy tools to help you ground, clear, and change some pesky pictures and limiting beliefs that don't belong in your space anymore. We will be moving and breathing to help get excess energy out of the body and set you up for success!

My music is heartfelt, but my approach to this work gets fiery! Expect to get your warrior on and be challenged to find some amusement in the ridiculousness that is, you know, life.
